Adam Keen

Adam came to more as the Operations Manager in 2012 and took on responsibility for Damory - our other Dorset based bus and private hire company - not long after joining the company. Adam was promoted to the role of Area Manager in 2015 and now also manages our Excelsior coach company.

Richard Wade

Richard Wade

Richard joined us in 2015 having come from another part of the Go Ahead Group - Metrobus in London. Richard is keen to continue and improve on the success of morebus and UNIBUS in the Bournemouth, Poole and Swanage area.

Gary Rose

Gary looks after our drivers and day-to-day business operations within the Ringwood, Lymington and New Forest areas. He is responsible for ensuring the services in these areas run reliably and to standard.

 

 

Engineering Manager

Kenny McDonald

Kenny McDonald

Kenny is our Area Engineering Manager covering morebus, UNIBUS, Damory and Excelsior coaches. He oversees vehicle maintenance, preparations for MOT tests and vehicle repairs to list a few, as well as overseeing the engineering and stores team.

Nikki Honer

Nikki joined Bluestar as Marketing Manager in 2012 before covering all aspects of marketing and communications for Bluestar and its sister companies Damory, more, Salisbury Reds, Tourist, Unilink and UNIBUS.

 

Marketing Executive

Joe Quinlan

Joe joined the team in 2016 and works alongside Nikki to deliver the day-to-day aspects of digital and traditional marketing for morebus and its sister companies within the Dorset area.

Paul Weller

Paul Weller

Paul started his career with Unilink in Southampton, where he progressed from driver to Supervisor and then joined morebus as Assistant Operations Manager, helping with the daily running of the business and driver recruitment.

Mike Freeborn

Mike Freeborn

Mike joined Wilts and Dorset as an engineering apprentice 15 years ago. He then joined our internal Management training scheme in 2015 and has since been promoted to Assistant Operations Manager, over seeing the day to day management of drivers and the assisting with daily operations.

Bella Tyroll

Bella joined Go South Coast in 2016 as a management graduate trainee. Having covered various departments in the business, Bella was promoted to Acting Assistant Operations Manager in 2017 and looks after the daily running of the business including our UNIBUS operations.
