This part-time customer service role, is very varied and a great opportunity to join our bus customer service team.
This is a busy environment and you will be working with a friendly team of 5 others. You will help our customers with timetable and route enquiries as well as help them choose the right ticket.
Email and social media are widely used, so you will need to have experience of corresponding via these methods.

This is a part-time position, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30 am to 2.00 pm.
