clickit2ride Mobile App Discount Terms & Conditions

  1. Go South Coast Limited (trading as morebus) (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “ours” and “our”) will run promotions from time to time to offer a discount code to be used towards ticket products on the clickit2ride mobile app (the “App”). The App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. These terms will apply to all promotions whereby we offer discount codes to be used on ticket products on the App.
  3. By participating in any of these promotions (and using the discount code issued), you agree to be bound by, and agree to have read and understood, these terms. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Generally, and for each promotion, these terms incorporate Apple’s or Google Android’s terms and conditions and privacy policies (“Platform Terms”). If there is any conflict between these terms and the Platform Terms, then these terms will prevail.
  4. We may from time to time vary the terms applying to discounts we offer. Please check these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any variations made by us. If you continue to apply the discounts we offer with the App, you are deemed to have accepted such variations. If you do not agree to such variations, you should not participate in such promotions.
  5. The promotions of discount codes will be made available from time to time and for a specified period. We are not liable to you in any way whatsoever if you fail to take up the promotion and use the discount for purchasing tickets on the App after the specified expiry date. After this date, no further redemptions will be permitted.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel or amend a promotion and these terms without notice in the event of any change in applicable law or regulation or in the event of something outside our control. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
  7. To be eligible to redeem the discount using the App, you must: (a) be at least sixteen years of age; (b) be a UK resident; (c) have completed the registration at the point of purchase or you must already be registered with us ; (d) not be an employee of the Promoter or of any affiliated company of the Promoter, nor be a family member of that employee or an agent of, or any other person engaged by, the Promoter, noting that we reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants; (e) when using our services, you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage (“conditions of carriage”) which apply to all of our bus services (in the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the conditions of carriage, the conditions of carriage shall prevail.
  8. The promotion is open to everyone but is, unless specified, limited to one discount per registered account. Discounts are normally issued to you as the addressed recipient and cannot be transferred, sold or be auctioned. Ticket gifting with promotional discounts may be permitted in some cases and these exceptions will be stated in connection with the relevant discount being promoted. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts and ban access to the App if misuse to this effect is discovered.
  9. If you are not the intended recipient, or within the intended category of recipient, then the offer is null and void. You cannot do bulk redemptions. Further, we do not offer a cash or other alternative. Unless otherwise stated, the offer is not permitted for use with any other ticketing or payment method (including but not limited to theKey smart card or paper tickets purchased either on-board the bus or in our travel centres).
  10. The discount can only be used in respect of the identified specified service in the promotion and cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer or discount or on any other service other than where we agree otherwise (including where the identified services are not operating due to unforeseen circumstances).
  11. If the discount fails to work, you must contact our customer services team to identify and resolve the issue. We will not provide refunds or retrospective discounts based upon unreported technical issues preventing the discount code from working.
  12. We take your privacy very seriously. Where we take personal details from you (such as those required when signing up for an account on the app), those personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion (unless you indicate to us your consent to receive other information from us). By participating in our promotions, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
  13. You may print off these terms or, alternatively, you can write to Ben Murray at Go South Coast Limited., Towngate House, 2-8 Parkstone Road, Poole, BH1 52PR, including a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive a copy of these terms.
  14. These terms (and any non-contractual dispute connected with these terms) are governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. To the extent permitted in law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, liability or injury suffered due to entering this promotion and using the discount issued thereunder. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms, the Promotion contemplated hereunder and / or any other matter relating to, or arising out of, these terms and the Promotion, the Promoter’s decision is final and we will not enter into any written correspondence or verbal discussions in respect of such dispute.
