Customer Service Advisor - Maternity Cover

We are looking for someone with first class customer service skills to join our customer service team based in Poole on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a busy environment with people making enquiries over the phone and online as well as buying tickets. Email and social media are widely used, so you will need to have experience of corresponding via these methods.

This is a part time position working Monday 09.00-17.30 & Friday 9.30-18.00 and a third weekday to suit you. Total hours will be 24.
