Customer Service Advisor
Due to a reorganisation of the current team, we are looking for someone with first class customer service skills to join our customer service team based in Poole.
This is a busy environment with people making enquiries over the phone and online as well as buying tickets. Email and social media are widely used, so you will need to have experience of corresponding via these methods.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 9.30-18.00.
