Full time customer service advisor

Due to our recent business expansion, we are seeking a full time Customer Service Advisor to join our small friendly team.

This is a busy environment with people making enquiries over the phone, email and social media as well as buying tickets. You will also be required to deal with customer complaints.

We are looking for people who:

  • enjoy being part of a small supportive team
  • have previously worked in a call centre based role
  • like a variety of work as both admin, online and telephone work is required
  • have a friendly telephone manner
  • like working with people
  • have a knowledge of Freshdesk or other customer service software (although not essential as full supported software training will be given)

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with 37.5 hours a week. The starting salary is £24,277, which will increase to £26,305 after the first year. 

The role would ideally require a finish time of 6pm, although some flexibility can apply.
