Due to our recent business expansion, we are seeking two full time Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly team.
This is a busy environment with people making enquiries over the phone and online as well as buying tickets.
Email and social media are widely used, so you will need to have experience of corresponding via these methods.
You will need:
- a friendly, warm telephone manner
- excellent numerical skills
- exceptional literacy skills
- strong IT skills
- a passion for good customer care
These are full time positions, working Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Both roles have an immediate start date.
The annual salary for both roles starts at £24,960.00, increasing to £27,040 after the first year.
