Customer Service Advisors

Due to our recent business expansion, we are seeking several Customer Service Advisors to join our small friendly team.

This is a busy environment with people making enquiries over the phone, email and social media as well as buying tickets. You will also be required to deal with customer complaints.

We are looking for people who:

  • enjoy being part of a small supportive team
  • have previously worked in a call centre based role
  • like a variety of work as both admin, online and telephone work is required
  • have a friendly telephone manner
  • like working with people
  • have a knowledge of Freshdesk or other customer service software (although not essential as full supported software training will be given)

Whether you are looking for full or part-time work we would love to hear from you. We have a variety of hours available between the hours of 0800-1830 Monday to Friday, therefore this could fit in with other commitments to ensure you get the right work life balance. 

The annual salary starts at £25,896, rising to £28,059 after the first year. That's an hourly rate of £12.45 per hour rising to £13.49 per hour after the first year.
