18th - 19th May

In honour of the RNLI celebrating 200 years of lifesaving history, join them for a celebration of lifesaving with music, food, fun and activities. Entry to the event is FREE.

Spread over four sites you'll see lifeboats from all over the world, and from throughout their 200 years of lifesaving history. There’ll be music and food, kids’ activities, high-octane demonstrations, in-depth discussions, and lots of fun.

The festival’s grand finalé is the Parade of Sail, at 4pm on Sunday. See the beautiful fleet of historic, international and modern lifeboats take to the waters of Poole Harbour – a majestic sight worth celebrating.

The four sites are:

  • The RNLI Support Centre, where you’ll find RNLI College and the All-weather Lifeboat Centre
  • Poole Lifeboat Station
  • Poole Quay
  • Poole Old Lifeboat Museum

Catch the bus to Poole Quay for just a £2 single fare on the Breezer 60, RouteONE or number 8 route or hop on any service that goes via Poole Bus Station and take a 15 minute stroll from there!
