X2 789 - Walkford Road Christchurch

Wessex Water have closed Walkford Road, Walkford due to a collapsed sewer. X2 and 789 cannot serve any of Walkford Road / Gore Road at this time. Buses will follow the previous diversion of Old Milton Road, Christchurch Road and Ringwood Road, both ways.

X1 X2 Old Milton Road closure

X1 X2 Old Milton Road closure for SGN Gas emergency.

X1 to Bournemouth:

From Bradbeers over traffic lights past Whitefield Rd then left into railway station. Turn round and turn right out of station past Whitefiel Rd over traffic lights.
Then right into Barton Court Rd to Lidl Lights, straight over onto normal route.

X1 to Lymington:

Reverse of the above, apart from the loop in New Milton which is clockwise in both directions.

X2 to Bournemouth:

After New Milton Station, do not turn into Whitefield Road, continue through New Milton, turn right into Barton Court Road. At the Lidl traffic lights turn right, turn right at Forest Arts Centre, then left into Hobart Road, then left onto Gore Road(normal route).

X2 to Lymington:

Reverse of above.
