One of our engineers, Nathan Clarke is celebrating this week - after being named as our Employee of the Year.
Nathan has been praised for his dedication and willingness to ensure our buses are in the best possible shape, in order to keep people moving across the region.
“I have heard nothing but good from Nathan’s colleagues - he is well-respected within the whole of the engineering team, and across other areas here,” said Morebus managing director, Ed Wills.
“Nathan has a ‘can-do’ attitude, always with a smile on his face. He is consistently on-hand to assist here in Poole - but his helpfulness doesn’t end there. He will assist in other locations whenever he can.
“Above all, Nathan is completely dedicated to keeping our fleet on the roads - committed to ensuring our customers are never left without a bus.
“It is no coincidence that the Morebus depot in Poole was named the best in the country at the most recent UK Bus Awards. This is thanks to the efforts of Nathan and his dedicated colleagues here.
“Congratulations Nathan. This award is richly deserved, and I wish you every success in the year ahead.”
Nathan Clarke added: “I am deeply honoured to have been nominated and to have received this award. It is especially meaningful to me, as it reflects the shared commitment both the engineering and operations teams bring to our depot.
“I appreciate this support from my colleagues, peers and managers in helping me succeed. I remain committed to upholding the standards and values this award represents.”
In recognition of his efforts, Nathan received £1000 worth of vouchers and a framed certificate. Congratulations Nathan!
