Easter holiday activities by bus

Get out and about this Easter Holidays by bus with the family. Bus travel doesn't cost a lot and we've put together a list of egg-citing activities all accessible by bus in the local area:

  • Egg-citing aquatic adventure at Bournemouth Oceanarium  (28 March - 12 April)

Celebrate Easter at Bournemouth Oceanarium, diving deep into the depths. Learn more about the world of animal eggs with some fun activities including an Easter egg trail, an activity with their egg-ucation hosts to learn more about animal eggs and Easter themed colouring. Catch any bus that serves Bournemouth Town Centre for a short walk through the gardens to arrive at the Oceanarium on the seafront.

  • Dino egg-splorers family adventure trail at Upton Country Park (27 March - 12 April)

Crack the case of the missing dinosaur eggs this Easter holiday on a ROARSOME spring adventure trail for all the family. Pick up your trail sheet for £4.50 incl prize, available from the Welcome Centre 10am – 3pm daily while the trail is open. Hop on the 8, 10 or Purbeck Breezer 40 to arrive at the entrance to the park.

  • Highcliffe Castle Easter Trail (3 - 6 April)

What better way to spend Easter weekend than a trail through the beautiful grounds at Highcliffe Castle. Make your way through the Castle grounds and surrounding woodland solving clues and taking on challenges - can you crack the code? Our X1/X2 stops a short walk away from the castle.
