Improved tap on tap off transactions

We have recently made some improvements to our app and website to make it easier to view your tap on tap off transactions.

The benefits of paying for your travel using tap on tap off is  that you will get our best day or weekly fare . You must use the same contactless card each time.

You can now view your transactions in the app:

• Go to the menu and click on contactless journeys
• Click on the card you want to view
• You can now see the daily or weekly caps you are heading towards
• It will show you where you have started to save money
• It will tell you what zone you have reached a fare cap in

You can also view this information on our website if you don't use the app.  Head for the top right hand corner of the site and choose contactless journeys.

Plus if you need a receipt for your travel for expense purposes you can also download a transaction report.
