Introducing New Forest Breezers

This year, we’re getting ready to bring you an exciting expansion of our popular Breezer brand.

Our Breezer buses are loved by both residents and visitors alike, offering a relaxed and sustainable way to explore by bus. With all single fares capped at just £3 until at least the end of 2026, it’s a great time to hop on board — especially on our longer-distance routes, many of which offer some truly spectacular views along the way.

We’re delighted to be introducing our New Forest Breezers which will operate on existing routes in both Dorset and Hampshire.

They’ll share the same fun, distinctive look and feel as the rest of the Breezer family — designed to sit comfortably within the landscape while remaining easy to spot. Each New Forest Breezer will also feature some of the wildlife you may encounter during your journey.

The New Forest is a tranquil National Park right on our doorstep, and whether you’re travelling from Bournemouth or Southampton, getting there by bus couldn’t be easier. Many of you will be familiar with our routes that head into the New Forest, which are the Bluestar 6 between Southampton and Brockenhurst, along with the X1/X2 services linking Bournemouth and Lymington.  At this time there will be no change to route just a new look.

The first buses to join the New Forest Breezer brand will be double-deck Euro VI vehicles, offering luxury seating and tables upstairs — ideal for commuters or groups of family and friends enjoying a day out. The Forest can be enjoyed all year round, with a rich variety of plants and wildlife to discover. Please remember to follow the New Forest Code during your visit.

Later this spring, we’re also expecting to welcome five brand new British-built E400MMC buses into the New Forest Breezer fleet, further enhancing comfort and sustainability across the network.
