January 2024 - Darren Stein
Darren won this award for his excellent customer service, engaging with every customer when they board and when they get off, as well as keeping high spirits and making people chuckle. Sometimes it's the little things that can brighten up someone's day!
February 2024 - Debbie Moscsatelli
Debbie won this award for going above and beyond to help a passenger who suffered from a seizure whilst on her bus, including getting her something to eat and drink, calling paramedics and making sure that she got home safely.
March 2024 - Matthew Groom
Matthew won this award for going above and beyond when there was some trouble at the bus station. He calmed down a young girl when she was being troubled by a bigger group of lads and made her feel safe and comfortable. He got her on the correct bus and away from the situation without causing a scene.
April 2024 - John Squire
John won this award for always being cheerful and willing to help everyone - nothing is too much trouble for him. He always does everything asked of him by all colleagues including drivers, engineers, supervisors and management.
May 2024 - Michael Magee
Michael won this award for keeping a young girl safe when she came up to his bus distressed. He got her on board, calmed her down and knew exactly what to do in the situation, calling the necessary people to report the incident. He then dropped her safely at the stop where she needed to be on his next trip.
June 2024 - Kirsty Smith
Kirsty won this award for going above and beyond. She noticed a young child stood alone at the bus stop at 6 in the morning. She stopped, called the police and kept the child safe and warm on her bus until the police and the mother arrived.
July 2024 - Wade Bennett
Wade won this award for showing such kindness and empathy towards a young boy that was struggling with anxiety about getting on the bus. Even though he couldn't bring himself to get on, the boy and his family were all grateful for the effort that he put in to try and reassure him.
August 2024 - Kaylem McAdam
Kaylem won this award for continually going above and beyond to maintain team morale and keep a great atmosphere in the workplace. No task seems to big for him and he works day in day out with a smile on his face to ensure his team is happy.
September 2024 - Ellie Cryer
Ellie won this award for going above and beyond, splitting her time between Bournemouth and Poole to keep the ball rolling and working extra hours to make sure everything is covered.
October 2023 - Dale Courtney
Dale won this award for taking a slight diversion on his route to pick up a young girl who he'd been told was lost on her own at night. He let the other passengers know and went above and beyond to ensure she was safe.
November 2023 - Luke Winson
Luke won this award for his excellent customer service. He put a customer at ease after they were lost in New Milton, helping them comfortably get to their destination, and showed excellent knowledge of the network.
December 2023 - Clive Egan
Clive won this award for his consistently excellent customer service. Customers have commented on how they can see the passion and love he has for his job through the way he interacts with every customer who gets onto his bus.
