Poole Road has now reopened.

This means all m1, m2 and 16 services will now be able to operate their normal routes with immediate effect. The 7m shuttle service will also now finish.

Due to the closure of Poole Road, our m1, m2 and 16 services will divert in 3 phases from 24th November. There will be a temporary shuttle bus called the 7m during the duration from the second day of the roadworks. The changing nature of the roadworks means each route does something different with each change, and one way roads mean we can't do the same in both directions. Please check the dates, times and directions below, carefully!

For information on school routes, please visit our dedicated article here.

From 0700 on 24/11/2020 until 0600 on 25/11/2020

Routes m1, m2 and 16 will run their normal routes from Poole as far as St Aldhelms Road. These services will then divert via Lindsay Road up to County Gates. They will do the same in reverse, diverting after County Gates and resuming at Branksome Station.

Stops at Branksome Tesco and Eagle Road will not be served.

Alternative stops are located at Branksome Tesco (Lindsay Road) and Burton Road opposite the LV Roundabout.

From 0700 on 25/11/2020 until 0600 on 27/11/2020

After Ashley Cross and Castle Hill, route m1 will turn onto Mansfield Road. Please note that there will be a temporary bus stop here to make up for the closure of  Marlborough Road bus stop.

Missed stops on Ashley Road

Customers travelling from Poole to Upper Parkstone Co-op, Loch Road, Tennyson Buildings and Branksome should use m1 and m2 to St John's Church than change to shuttle bus 7m which will operate a clockwise loop from St John's Church along Ashley Road via Bournemouth Road and Richmond Road, back to St Johns Church. It will stop at St Joseph's Church near to Branksome roundabout.

Customers who would normally board m1 and m2 at Upper Parkstone Co-op, Loch Road or Tennyson Buildings can either use the 7m and change at St Dunstans Church and cross the road, or use any bus towards Poole and change at St John's Church or Richmond Road to board and m1 or m2 Southbound (downhill) on Richmond Road.  Visual presentation of your ticket will permit travel without extra payment.
