6 15 17 U3 - Talbot Road Ped Crossing install

BCP have scheduled a pedestrian crossing project on 2nd March – 10th April (6 weeks) on Talbot Road. The works will require staggered lane closures as follows:
 
Lane closures: Start on the right-hand side of Talbot Road (towards Wallisdown) for the first 2 weeks, then progress to the left (towards Winton) over the remainder of the 6-week programme, BCP will deploy temporary bus stop signs further down the road while the works are in place.
 
HSF application: Scheduled for 13th and 14th April, 21:00 – 06:00.
Night closures:
Phase 1: Closed 13 April, 21:00 – 06:00. 6/17 towards Wimborne & Poole would miss Winton Banks - U3 towards Uni via Wimborne Road, Talbot Ave after Winton Banks
Phase 2: Closed 14 April, 21:00 – 06:00. 6/17 towards Bournemouth, which would also mean missing Winton Banks as well. U3 via Talbot Ave, Wimborne Road to Winton Banks.

Westover Road temporary bus stop changes

Bus stop improvement work on Westover Road will begin from Monday 26 January and is expected to last until Friday 1 May.
