Stompin' on The Quomps takes place in Christchurch on Saturday 1 August 2026 from 11.30am until 10.15pm*, presenting a whole day and night of live smooth jazz entertainment for old and young. Now in its 30th year, Stompin’ is an independent, non-profit family-friendly festival – admission is by donation only to make it as inclusive as possible.
The festival will feature a wide range of the very best Jazz talent from the local area and further afield, playing from noon until dark. And as usual there will be a wide range of food and drink stalls at the event. They will also be selling raffle tickets on the day with some great prizes on offer. So bring along a blanket or some chairs and settle in for a whole day of top jazz in a picturesque, friendly and welcoming setting.
Single fares are just £3 and there are lots of buses that serve Christchurch, dropping you a short walk away from The Quomps.
