Swanage Railway's Halloween Ghost Trains return for 2026, combining a heritage train journey with spooky surprises, Halloween characters and hands-on fun at Corfe Castle Station.
Step aboard for a family-friendly journey through the Purbeck countryside, where you can expect mysterious encounters, immersive entertainment and plenty of Halloween surprises along the way.
But the fun doesn't all happen onboard.
You'll hop off the train at Corfe Castle Station for Halloween activities and crafts, including slime-making, before climbing back aboard to continue your spooky railway adventure.
Designed to be fun rather than frightening, it's a Halloween experience the whole family can enjoy together.
Make the bus journey part of your day out. Hop on the Breezer 40 from Poole or the Breezer 50 from Bournemouth to arrive in Swanage. Single fares are just £3!
