Twice a year we carry out a general customer satisfaction survey and we'd like as many of our customers to take part as possible. We are always keen to hear your feedback and these surveys help us as a company to improve our services and make travelling with us even better.
This year, we’ve worked hard to make travelling with Morebus even better by working with our BSIP partners at BCP council. Here are just a few of the improvements we’ve introduced for our customers:
- New fare offers in Zone A, including £1 evening fares after 7pm
- Night buses now running seven nights a week
- Two brand new routes: 11 and 21
- Extra journeys added to routes 14, 16 and 17
