Bournemouth’s town centre is once again transforming into a Christmas Wonderland, filled with twinkling lights, festive stalls, and plenty of cheer. Wander through the Alpine-style market chalets in The Square, discover unique gifts, sip on mulled wine, and treat yourself to sweet and savoury delights from local traders.
At the heart of it all, don’t miss the Tree Wonderland in the Lower Gardens — a glittering trail of hundreds of Christmas trees and dazzling lights that make Bournemouth truly sparkle during the festive season.
Any bus that serves Bournemouth town centre will drop you a short stroll away from the festivities!
🎅Christmas on the Square in Salisbury on the X3!
Head down to this festive pop-up, right in the heart of Salisbury. Meet Santa in his grotto, treat yourself to delicious food, relax in the bar with live music and entertainment on select days, and explore a charming selection of retail huts – all on the Guildhall Square. Plus, festive markets will be coming to Salisbury Market Place, every Sunday on the lead up to Christmas.
Getting there is easy with the X3 which runs between Bournemouth and Salisbury 7 days a week.

If you’re looking to make a festive day trip, why not head up to the Southampton Christmas Market?
Southampton’s city centre transforms into a winter wonderland each year, with traditional wooden chalets lining Above Bar Street and Bargate. Expect German bratwurst, artisan gifts, thrilling rides, and maybe even a visit from Santa himself!
Plus, travelling from further afield couldn’t be easier — make the most of the Southampton Weekend Park & Ride, just off the M271. It's the ideal way to get into the city, plus it's only £3 per car of up to 5 people! Buses run at weekends, up to every 20 minutes.
