Learn how to make a difference at these Community Events

At Morebus, we love supporting our local community. This October, we’re proud to be backing two local events that reflect our commitment to both saving lives and safeguarding our planet.

Planet Wimborne – Green Festival Celebration

On Saturday 11th October, we’re heading to Wimborne to support the Planet Wimborne Green Festival. This vibrant event celebrates sustainability, local action, and eco-friendly living. Our team will be there to talk timetables, demonstrate how the app works and how taking the bus is a sustainable way to travel

Visitors can explore stalls, enjoy entertainment, and discover practical ways to live more sustainably — all while learning how choosing the bus can be a simple step toward protecting our planet.  Full info can be found here

Restart a Heart Day – Learn CPR on the Charity Bus

On Tuesday 14 October, our specially branded charity bus will be parked in Bournemouth Square, offering free CPR training to the public as part of the national Restart a Heart Day campaign. In partnership with the University Hospitals Dorset, this hands-on event empowers people with life-saving skills that could make all the difference in an emergency.

Whether you're a commuter, a student, or just passing by — hop on board and learn how to restart a heart. It only takes a few minutes, and it could save a life.

With many of our buses going direct to both Wimborne and Bournemouth and single bus fares still at only £3 per trip plan your journey today.  The best way to buy tickets, view timetables and track buses in live time is by downloading the morebus app.
