More app tickets for under 19's

Great News – there will be more app tickets available for under 19’s from Monday 3 June!

Following feedback from customers, in particular parents and guardians, we have been asked for longer period passes for young people in all fare zones.

By working closely with BCP Council we are using some of the Bus Service Improvement Plan funding to introduce these great value tickets via our app.

We have had 7-day tickets available for a long time but longer period’s have only been available for zone C.  From Monday 3 June there are new tickets available in zone A and zone AB.

These tickets offer amazing value with zone A unlimited travel being available for just £2 per day or less!

To use a child ticket on the app for the first time, you will need to complete a one-off verification process before the ticket can be activated. We recommend you do this in advance of the day you want to travel.

Parents and guardians can buy the tickets for their child via our app or website and choose the option to gift the ticket to someone else.  Each person will need their own account.

Don’t forget our app has many other great features including being able to track your bus in live time. Service updates are also available via the app which will alert you if your bus is affected by roadworks etc.
