The Blue Pool Nature Reserve & Tearooms, located in the Furzebrook Estate on the Isle of Purbeck, is a historic and scenic destination.
Originally a clay pit from the 17th century, it became a public attraction in 1935. Visitors can explore 30 acres of nature paths, the UK’s longest rope bridge, and enjoy abundant wildlife. Family-friendly features include a Gnome & Fairy Trail and an adventure play area. The vintage Tearooms offer a range of refreshments and maintain their original charm. Additional amenities include a gift shop and a plant centre.
The bus stops a short walk away from the Blue Pool (at Blue Pool Lane).
