14 16 17 X6 - Ringwood Road closed one way [away from Poole]
Ringwood Road closed one way [away from Poole] for ongoing road resurfacing works.
Bus X6 will divert off of Ringwood Road to Dorchester Road at Animal Kingdom. Passengers for stops up the hill from Poole should catch the diverted 14 16 17 services and get off on the way down from Seaview.
Buses 14 16 17 will divert at Seaview Road down Ringwood Road to Animal Kingdom, Dorchester Road, Oakdale Road, Dorset Way, Old Wareham Road.
*** Except on the night of 22 July when Dorset Way is ALSO CLOSED 2000 to last bus of the day 14 16 17 will divert via Cynthia Road, Brixey Road, Rossmore Road. We ask that local residents please park sensibly to allow us through just for this night, thank you.***
Gervis Place (Bournemouth Square) will be closed for rebuilding
Between 0100 Saturday 23 May and Friday 29 January (approx) Gervis Place will be closed for rebuilding by BCP Council. During this time, no buses will use Gervis Place We have made some bus stop changes to accommodate this.
**Night 'N' buses will divert from 0100 on 23 May**
New stop AA2 Hinton Road
We have installed an additional stop on Hinton Road (AA2) in an effort to ease congestion of buses and customers at the St Peters Road stop (which is now AA1).
This change took place from the first bus on Monday 6th July for the following services:
M1/N1 to Poole
M2/N2 to Poole
33 to Alum Chine
50 to Swanage
U4 to Westbourne (when it returns in September)
There is a flag at this location and the area is labelled up as a bus stop.
Timetables on our website have been updated to reflect this change and visual publicity have been placed around the stops.
