Variations to timetables from Monday 18th January

Due to most schools now being closed, we will move to school holiday timetables on some morebus routes commencing Monday 18th January. Where a route has a variation of timetable from school days to school holidays, some routes will be moving to the school holiday variant, whereas some will remain on the school day variant.

Additionally, some school routes will be suspended or amended from Monday 18th January. For full information, see our separate article here.

Moving to school holiday timetables

The following routes will run to a school holiday timetable:

  • 5 & 6
  • 8 & 9
  • 11
  • 14
  • 15
  • 16 & 17
  • 60
  • X1 & X2
  • Bluestar 6
  • 119

Remaining on school day timetables

The following routes will remain on school day timetable:

  • 10
  • 20 (in Poole)
  • 24
  • 38
  • X3
  • X6
  • X8A

Revised timetable

  • 3 will move to a School Holiday timetable with the exception of the 08:25 from Wimborne which will leave at 08:17
  • 4 will move to a School Holiday timetable with the exception of the 15:25 from Wimborne which will leave at 15:10 via Allenbourn School
  • Damory X12 - the bus at 15:48 from Blandford Rosebank Gardens to Weymouth will revert to the school day departure time of 15:18. Additionally, the bus at 15:25 from Weymouth will revert to its school day timing of 15:10 and run via The Thomas Hardye School in Dorchester and will no longer serve the bus stops at South Station, Brewery Square or Trinity Street preview X12 timetable here

  • 40
  • 50 (except the 1938 bus from Bournemouth will divert from Sandbanks via Swanage to Shell Bay due to the Ferry being off at that time)

  • Route ONE
  • X8
